At Kzture Perfume, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. Please review our refund and cancellation policy outlined below:

1. *Cancellation Policy:*
– Customers may cancel their order within 6 hours of placing it. Beyond this time frame, cancellations will not be accepted.
– To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via email at contact@kzture.com  or by calling our helpline at +91 8100401110 .
– Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. *Refund and Exchange Policy:*
– Kzture Perfume operates on a strict no refund or exchange policy.
– All sales are final once the order has been confirmed and processed.
– We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, dislike of scent, or any other reasons.

3. *Damaged or Defective Products:*
– In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
– Customers must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect for assessment by our team.
– If deemed eligible, a replacement product may be sent out to the customer at no additional cost.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
